What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (receipt required) for unopened items only. Photocards, accessories, and fan-made consignment items are final sales, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Do you carry *specific group or soloist*?

If you do not see a group or soloist on the website it means we do not carry them at this time, either due to lack of interest or because the items are out of print. 

Does your store do photocard trades?

We do not trade photocards at this time, but we do regularly host trading events for album inclusions.

Can I pre-order a release?

Yes! All pre-orders can be found under the "preorder" tab, we keep them open until the day of release (KST).

Do pre-orders come with POBs (pre-order benefits)?

It depends. Most do, but we cannot guarantee they will, so we have a disclaimer on our preorders.

Can I get a POB even if I don't pre-order?

No, benefits are strictly for those who pre-order since that's the point. Any leftover member POBs will be uploaded online for purchase once everyone who pre-ordered has picked up.

Do you ship?

No, we only offer in-store pickup.

How long do you hold online orders?

We will hold online orders for one week before sending out a reminder. The reminder will have a final "pick up by" date, if you need more time we are willing to work with you (pre-orders only).

What if I need to cancel my online order?

If you need to cancel an order please email us as soon as possible so we can release the items/know the proper amount to pre-order. If canceling orders made online (including pre-orders), or removing items from orders becomes too frequent, we will instill a three-month ban on placing orders using the online store. It can result in a complete ban if the behavior persists.

Do you guys buy things like albums or photocards?

While we hope to one day, at this time we do not.
